$175 an hour, two-hour minimum. Fifty dollars reserves the date and comes off your total.

Weddings and corporate events have moving parts an hourly rate does not capture — guest numbers, timings, venue access, tournament formats. Give us a call and we will talk it through and quote you properly.

The rate is the rate, whether it is a Tuesday afternoon or a Saturday in June. We are based in the Portland metro, and travel inside fifty miles is included.

Book whatever length suits your event. Longer than five hours is no problem and stays at the same $175 an hour — book five online and tell us how much further you want to go.

Travel is free within a 50-mile radius of Portland. For events beyond 50 miles, we add $0.50 per mile past the 50-mile mark to cover the drive.

We work the mileage out before you book and tell you the number. You will never see a travel charge you did not agree to.
Fifty dollars holds the date.
The deposit is what takes your date off the calendar for everyone else. It comes off your total, and the balance is due on the day of the event.
